* 1 cup butter
* 2 cup's sugar
* 2 eggs well beaten
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tsp baking soda
*2 & 1/2 cups flour (tip: Gluten free use rice flour!) if you use regular flour it should be shifted.
* 4 cup's mashed Banana's (tip: freeze banana's when they get a little over ripe before they go bad they will turn black in the freezer but work great for the bread when you want to bake! simple thaw peel and mash)
*1 cup chop walnuts
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add mashed banana's and egg's mix well. Shift dry ingredients with a whisk, fold in. Do not over mix. Pour onto loaf pane and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for aprox. 40 minutes.
